Download from memory Card with Rename Function

May I have a suggestion about downloading photos from memory card to my picture folder. However, I want some more feature:

- Auto search the drive of memory card.
- Copy photos from memory card to my picture folder, create new folder by date with specific format, e.g. YYYYMMDD or YYYY-MM-DD or [YYYYMMDD]....
- auto rename files for specific digital camera, I have 3 DCs but with same file name prefix DSCF####. >.<
- prevent download the downloaded files
- prevent overwrite
- date/time warning for user. if the date of the photo is later then the date of PC, alert a warning.
- optional clear the memory card.
