Missing extensions in association manager

There's two small extension related bugs in the association manager.

1. Sun Rasterfile .rs association extension is not in the list and cannot be created while "View as Extension" is selected.

2. When "View as Name" is selected, in the list there's a "ZX Spectrum standard screen" association that has no extensions. I bet this association was removed cause it has .scr (Windows Screensaver) extension, but the name was not removed from the list.

I got the first one wrong. Sun Rasterfile .rs is on the list while "View as Extension" is selected and it's not created when View as Name is selected.

Reproduce:

1. Goto associations page in options.
2. Select View as Name.
3. Select Sun Rasterfile from the list.
   Result: .rs extension is not associated.
