Turn off hover over thumbs in browser mode

I desperately want to turn off the box that hovers over the thumbs with information in the browser.

I have turned off tool tips and everything else that I can find to turn off. Can this be done?

Thank you very much, I love this program, but find this particular feature very distracting.

Well, what do you know. I thought the bold words were simply "Headings" for the topics under them, I did not realize that there were options when clicking on the bold "Headings" themselves.

I had turned off the tool tips in Interface-->Toolbar-->Buttons, which of course was not the right place.

Thank you so much, I was pretty sure I was missing something, but didn't know what. I tried it, of course it works just fine.
