Play movie and Play sound settings does not work

Play movie and Play sound settings does not work
The "Play Movie" and "Play sound" settings in "Options \ View \ Misc" tab doesn't seem to work. Video and audio is always played in view regardless of these options.

I change this option, open a picture, and click on 'next file' (i have a audio file after), and the audio file is not loaded...
