browser tree - "Desktop" should not be collapsable

"Desktop", the top most item of the browser tree can be collapsed, i.e. it has an [+] to the left. This is not the case in Windows Explorer, and since it is the only root item (no siblings), collapsing doesn't make sense. Could you please remove that, it would also save space
