Effects:Color noise reduction

I use ХnView for a long and loke it very much. But sometimes I would like to work in LAB colorspace, mainly to aplly color noise reduction. I would be happy to see this option in future release.

If I'm not mistaken, ik is referring to a (chroma/color) noise reduction method which requires not only color space conversion from RGB to L*a*b* and back again, but also the ability to edit the individual channels separately (Meesoft ImageAnalyzer: Operations » Pixel format conversion » Split color planes.../Combine images...).
