Main Toolbar

My XnView is configured to start without MainToolbar (only SmallToolbar is visible). All setings are inside the INI file.
When I start XnView MainToolbar is visible for a moment and after this it hides. Not a big problem but has to be corrected. I suppose it depends on order of tasks inside the INI file.
