1.95.3: NCSEcw.dll missing

The current download (as of 11/9/08 ) for the XnView v1.95.3 Complete version .zip package, although including the file Xecw.dll, is missing all of the other files for the ECW plugin. This is causing a lot of confusion for people who don't understand the nature of this error message when starting the program. Please modify this package to include all of the necessary files for this plugin, or to not include the Xecw.dll file.
