Reqst: Grid multi-function toolbar button

The Grid is a prime candidate for its own fancy multi-function toolbar button, for use in both the Browser and the Viewer.

Clicking the Grid button would toggle the current grid.

Clicking the down arrow would display a menu similar to the following:

• Grid Settings
  -------------
  Custom Grid 1
  Custom Grid 2
  Custom Grid 3
  Custom Grid 4
  Etc...

Selecting one of the custom grids would load and display the corresponding grid and put a check mark next to it in the menu.

This menu items could appear in a View->Grid menu.

Finally, the new Grid button should also display in the dedicated Compare toolbar.
