Reqst: Hide Compare thumbstrip divider button

Please implement a button on the Compare thumbstrip divider (as in the 1.9x browser) to toggle the visibility of the Compare thumbstrip.

Also, please persist the setting (i.e. thumbstrip visible or not) after closing the Compare, for the next Compare.
