How to open SPC files?

I have the full version of XnView but I can not open spc files. Someone can help me?

Please enable option/General/Display all formats

I figure out that spc format of my files is from Thermo Galactic Company. Does this information help anyway? May I have your email adress to send a sample file?

So it's not the spc format used in XnView. Could you send me a sample?

Thermo do a free viewer for their spc files (called GRAMS Data Viewer) which you can obtain from:
