Resize Dialog: Add ability to save custom sizes

Basic Idea:
Add the ability to save custom dimensions in the resize dialog.

Add to resize dialog:

*'Save Custom Size' button, with possibility to add a description.

*'Custom Sizes' combobox.

*A button that shows an editor for the custom sizes, allowing renaming/deleting custom items.
