How to configure XnView to read data from XMP file?

How to configure XnView to read data from XMP file? For example I have file P20080725-1426-40D.cr2 and P20080725-1426-40D.xmp, but XnView sees only exif information and no IPTC... Where is the problem?

Currently it's not possible, could you send me a sample?
