BottomToolbar and edit fullscreen

When using "BottomToolbar" ini option XnView draws a "toolbar area" on bottom of the screen in edit fullscreen. This bug doesn't occur in browser fullscreen. :bug:

NOT fixed in 1.96 ß-4 !
