Selection after drag and drop

After drag & drop the file(s) to the folder, to move the files, the last folder is selected. I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it's not a good behaviour IMHO - because then, when I want to select few pictures to drag, I use Ctrl+left click and drag the selected files again BUT then also the last folder is moved with those files. I have moved few folders this way and it's quite annoying.

I'm not sure which item should be selected after drag & drop, perhaps none, or [..] (but if [..] is not used??), or the first file. Definitely it shouldn't be any folder IMHO.
