[Added in 1.97] Print dialogue: Enable/disable "Caption"

[Added in 1.97]

In "Header/Footer" and "Watermark" exist already the option to disable the feature. In "Caption" it is not possible - if I don't want to use a caption, I have to delete all my definitions.

Please add an "enable/disable - option" to the "Caption-dialogue."
