better crop size handling

I am a recent convert to xnview. I like everything about xnview better than all the other image viewers except for one area: cropping. In most image viewers/editors, there is an option to specify the Width the crop size, then it will automatically calculate the Height based on the current aspect ratio (or you can specify a different ratio as well). This makes it very efficient to quickly specify the crop size, then you just move the selection window around.

The problem with xnview right now is that the Custom Selection command is buried in the menu, and there's no keyboard shortcut. And there's no automatic calculation of Width or Height based on an aspect ratio. (I know you can set fix the aspect ratio and resize the selection window, but the problem with that is that due to zoom factor, you usually cannot get the exact size you want.)

My suggestions for improving xnview crop features are:

- Custom Selection with automatic calculation based on aspect ratio.
- It would also be more efficient to have the Custom Selection dialog to show text boxes in this order: Width, Height, X, Y rather than X, Y, Width, Height. I don't think people usually specify X, Y manually often.
- A workaround that would help is to allow users to save multiple selection sizes.
