First, I selected all my new photos and JPEG Lossless transformations -> Rotate base on EXIF value.
Everything seemed to be normal.
Then I edited on photo IPTC (only headline), after closing the IPTC edit window, the thumbnail was rotated to right, with a small rotation icon on it. When viewing the photo, the full size was also rotated. Opening with IrfanView, the photo was in the correct position. Rebuilding the thumbnails didn't change any thing. After close and restart of XnView, it was still rotated. I needed to rotate to left to correct it.
Now the more funny part: if XnView is not closed after the IPTC edition, trying to rotate to left to correct left would result to a photo really rotated to left. Therefore, the correction procedure for this bug without closing the application is first rotate left then rotate right!
It worked perfectly with version 1.95.4.

Ok, if you disable 'update XMP', no more problem... I check why...
