Just moved to XnView from ACDsee and very pleased with it. However, today, when I opened it up, everytime I click on something - thumbnail, file tree, options - it crashes!
Am running Vista 64 home premium with 2 monitors.
Any idea what's going on?

Re: HELP!! XnView crashes
... just so!
Almost anything I click on will crash it. Can open a menu eg 'tools', but click on 'options' and it will crash. Can click on a folder in the tree, but it will crash if I click on a file.
Perhaps it's time to try uninstalling and reinstalling? But I took some time configuring it the way I like it - is there a config I can save?
One thing I did notice - I had it showing previews on my second monitor, but the monitor 2 preview pane isn't there when I start the program. Perhaps it only shows when a file is selected? BTW, is there a quick way to turn this preview on and off without going into options each time?

Re: HELP!! XnView crashes
Perhaps you could try to save the xnview.ini, and delete it to start with a clean ini
Pierre.
Re: HELP!! XnView crashes
Deleting the xnview.ini file (when I eventually found it) has restored XnViews functionality - thanks.
