xnview recursive and target folder

hello everybody,
i will convert all picture in a folder with subfolder in a new folder.
if i use the option "Unterverzeichnisse beibehalten" Subdirectories maintained xnview doesn´t work with the targetfolder option d:\new\prefix_%_suffix
When i writer in the source folder, theire isn´t an option to make a prefix or suffix.
