EXIF Timestamp Not Updated via Change timestamp

Hi,
I'm using the latest XnView 1.96.2 on WinXP SP3.
The 3 EXIF timestamps aren't updated via Change timestamp menu.

works OK for me on JPG's for all 3 dates
I too use 196.2 on winXP-SP3

Yes, JPEG. I've found this bug appears on a few images. Can I paste them (or only one) here?
