batch rename does not work with <Rating><Color label> ?

I'm using v1.96.2 and I cannot get the 'batch rename' to add my tagged <Rating> & <Color label> to the new file name.
I have tried with and without the thumbnail database enabled. I've googled for a mention of this problem and searched around this forum, but I cant find a mention of anyone having the same problem. Please help.

Confirmed. Any db info not used in batch rename.
