I can never clear my tag lists...

Whenever I "untag all" files in a folder, they untag. However, If I browse to a different folder, than return to that folder, all those images are still tagged. Even if I do a "Clear All Tags", they still return when I browse away from that folder and come back.

I've tried Clear Tag List on Exit, After Folder Change, and After File Operation... to no avail.

Even when I exit XnView and open it, those same images are still tagged. I've tried to manually untag all of them, also.
