Terribly confused, I'm trying to write support for a new format with the Plugin SDK but it isn't working at all. The Plugin SDK exports the following functions:
gfpGetPluginInfo
gfpLoadPictureInit
gfpLoadPictureGetInfo
gfpLoadPictureGetLine
gfpLoadPictureGetColormap
gfpLoadPictureExit
gfpSavePictureIsSupported
gfpSavePictureInit
gfpSavePicturePutLine
gfpSavePictureExit
Every plugin in the XnView\Plugins folder exports the following:
gffGetFormatInfo
gffGetPluginInfo
I'm pretty sure that's why mine isn't being picked up. Soo... how do you map from one to the other? The old SDK hasn't been updated since 2003, and obviously something changed since then. This is what stopped me a few years back when I first tried, too.

gff* are internal plugin, gfp* functions are good.
Do you have changed the extension (.usr)?

Thanks.
Also, I'm curious about something. If I wish to use xsusie with the GFL SDK, is it possible to use xsusie with the ActiveX version of the GFL SDK? Or does xsusie require the standard dll version of the GFL SDK to work?

No, works only with XnView/NConvert

Some of the plugin exist already as 64bits, you can find them in XnViewMP 64bits version
