It's surprising to see how fast one can adapt to new rules. I noticed that I was using the middle mouse button (i.e. scroll wheel) to close a tab in XnView, only to discover that this behaviour doesn't exist in XnView.
Bummer ....
Would it be hard to implement, as I guess that more people will try to use this feature and are disappointed that it won't work...

Re: Middle mouse button closes tab [SUGGESTION]
Same here, middle mouse button on tab closes the appropriate tab. Which version of XnView do you use?

Doesn't work when one sets his/her preferences to "use Windows style theme for tabs"(options, Interface)
Re: Middle mouse button closes tab
Hmm, I've set the option 'Use Windows style theme for tabs' and restarted XnView: Still no problem. Does the problem no longer occur if you uncheck the option?oosterhagen wrote:Doesn't work when one sets his/her preferences to "use Windows style theme for tabs"(options, Interface)

Re: Middle mouse button closes tab
This is getting queer. When you uncheck the option to use the Windows style them it still works. But...the tabs aren't rendered correctly and barely discernable from each other, but it works. But once XnView is restarted the middle mouse button doesn't work anymore, i.e. one can't close a tab by clicking it.
