Incorrect image dimensions for Kodak Photo CD files

I think there's a bug with .pcd (Kodak Photo CD) files. In thumbnail labels, the image dimensions (width x height) are reported as being 1/4 of what they really are. I have a bunch of images that are 768 pixels wide by 512 pixels high, yet their thumbnail labels show "192 x 128". Weird
Can someone confirm?
