Add text should be easy -- not for me!

Post by Hans L »

I have a jpg file open, I click menu Image -- Add text, I add the text in the window, and then, no matter what I do, I can't see any text. Help!

Also, can you place the text anywhere in the image (or only to the left, right or center)? And is it also possible to place, for instance, arrows in the images?

Thanks!

Try different font, opacity 100, large font size, different color text than image background. Press <ok> on dialog, then the text should be attached to mouse cursor until you press button over the desired location.

Thank you, Marsh. It turned out that the font was too small (Courier only went up to 15, but with Arial, I could go much higherr, and the text was then visible).

One more question:

Once you enter text, how do you delete it or edit it?
