because newer versions need libstdc++6 and on my linux this isnt present . .

I have a 4.16 or 4.79

thatnks a lot for searching,

but 4,16 is to old - no "use_cie" switch . . .
and 4.79 is newer than the 4.76 version i found - this also needs the libstdc++6
