.CR2 or 48bit tiff format cropping and saving in same format

I have .CR2 format images and i need to crop them by using batch processing and save it in .CR2 format.
is it possible? as i was trying but i could not find the saving format into .CR2

Is it possible to crop the 48 bit Tiff images by using batch processing and save it in 48 bit tiff format ?
