Make F1-Help available from dialogs

I wondered what a certain option means. I recognized F1 does not open the CHM help file, but I first have to close the options dialog, then press F1, then open again the options, click again "text settings", click again "options" -- not convenient. Please make F1 calling the help file in all dialogs that might require further information, e.g. also export and create strip of images.
