Create Webpage - german Umlaute and other

today it is the first time I tried "Create Webpage", so maybe I have missed other postings and threads ...

"Compressed[silver]" and German Umlaute:
This theme seem to have problems with ü, ä, ....
I got a data named "Outlook_Postfach_hinzufügen.html" and "Outlook_Postfach_hinzufügen.jpg", but in HTML it is stored as "file:///G:/original/Outlook_Postfach_hinzufügen.jpg". So the JPG is not displayed and the "Previous/Next" Button displays nothing

Single frame and double frame:
Some HTML are created with thumbnails on the left side (left frame) and "big picture" on the right frame. Other themes open the big picture in the left, small frame. Is it a "bug in double frame" or should it be a "large single frame"?
