Animated GIF + Filter = crash

1. Open any animated gif
2. Filter->Paint
3. Cancel

xnview crashes.

Doesn't matter what filter, or what AGIF (or APNG), it always crashes.

Fixed here. v.1.97b1 Using paint tool stops animation.
