PDF to jpeg extractor

It is very convenient to use XnView as comic viewer. It is very good to convert jpeg to pdf. Unfortunately, you can not do reverse thing. You have to use paid versions of Adobe Acrobat/Foxit PDF reader or free version of PDF XChange Viewer. Is it possible to develop plug-in (PDF extractor) for these purposes?

really beyond the scope of xnview.
