Transparency in .pfr and .tub

Using XnView for Mac on 10.5.8 I have no transparency in .pfr and .tub files. Is there a way to correct this?

I tried to attach an example of each to my first post, but got an error saying that the extensions were not allowed. Is there another way to get them to you? Thanks!
