Shell extension - use columns

Good afternoon,

Is it possible to configure the explorer to display IPTC tags (keywords) in one of the columns, in the Windows explorer view ? By right-clicking on the column headers, I can add a "Keywords" column, which I expected to contain IPTC keywords; alas it does not, and it remains blank regardless of the IPTC tags added to my images...

Alternately, is it possible to display tags in the list panel of XnView itself?

In both cases of course, the ultimate goal is to be able to, for instance, sort images based on keywords, etc.
