Convert to IOCA

Good day
I am tying to generate a IOCA image, by opening a jpg file and converting it.
But I can't see the "ICA" format on the list of output format.
Do I need an extra driver ?

.. And I tested nconvert.exe: The utility isn't implemented yet for ioca

IOCA can not be saved with xnView or nconvert
