2.Right site Categories not work!
3.Left side Categories work, I can view filtering, but right not, when I click to the right Categories and choose "Pets" for example, nothing happening...

I'm not a category expert (personally I don't use categories for my images at all), but I think that I have an answer to your "problem":
The left category panel is for filtering:
If you click on a specific category, all images that are assigned to this category will be shown.
The right category panel is for setting categories:
If you click on a specific category, you will add/remove the current image to/from this category. Nothing else will happen.
Does this answer your question and solve your "problem"?

The Right panel not respond! When I click to the right panel nothing happening...
It's not work like the left panel.
Even when I use the Pets category, I can't change the category by clicking on the right panel, just the left panel to change.
