I just discovered this raw conversion/exposure control tool. It works on non-raw (JPG, PNG) images as well. Nice interface, very Lightroom-ish, in some ways...

...and free!

New 3.0 Alpha availability and statement about change to GPL!!!!

PS. The Alpha crashes on my XP machine.
