Import XnView Categories into XnViewMP

Hello,

Is it possible to import custom categories created in XnView into XnViewMP, preferably so that the categories applied to images in XnView are retained for those images when viewed in XnViewMP? I tried simply copying the category.db and XnView.db files from XnView into my XnViewMP folder, but this appears to have had no effect: in XnViewMP, I still cannot see any of my custom categories (only the default XnViewMP categories that already were there when I installed the program) and now none of the images have any categories associated with them. Does XnViewMP even use a category.db file? If not, in which file are the categories data now stored? Having spent many hours categorizing my images, I loath the thought of having to redo them all in XnViewMP; I would prefer to use XnViewMP because, unlike XnView, it supports 'and/or' filtering of categories.
