Access to hebrew named folders

Hi,

I've just reinstalled my windows to an English version and it caused xnview to stop being able to preview (with XnView Shell Extension) or access folders or files which have Hebrew font in it.

Is there any solution ?

Perhaps you had changed the regional settings?
