Drag and drop doesn't work from one xnview to another

When I drag multiple selected files (dragging and holding Ctrl to copy) from one xnview window to another (from browser to browser) - over the folder thumbnail, the file is opened in the second xnview instance instead, it's not copied to desired folder.

Edit: Sometimes it works good, the same xnview windows, same options, same paths, folders, files, very strange. To reproduce try to switch between several applications (xnview1, xnview2, web browser, file namager/explorer).

XnView 1.97, Windows Vista SP2.

Strange, try this:

- first instance - thumb & labels view
- second instance - same view, same disk
- select 2 files in first window
- drag these files and drop them over the empty folder in second instance
= the files are opened in the second instance in viewer

- drag these files and drop them over the empty folder in second instance

Right if you drop it on a folder!
