I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug
Imagine you're having images with assigned categories. Deleting an image in the tree view removes the image, you cannot access it anymore.
If you are searching or filtering images by categories, the deleted images appear in the result screen, but instead of the thumbnail view, a textfile icon is displayed. Under the icon, the filename is still displayed, but it is impossible to access e.g. the category information. So for a complete deletion, you need to manually remove the file from either "this category" or "all categories". Otherwise the image library contains lots of "dead" entries.
Suggestion: if an image with assigned categories is deleted, the database entry should also get deleted.
