Format usage

Hi,
I wanted to open a *.CDR CorelDraw - File. The online-list of supported formats says, that it is supported. The list in my Version of xnView says, that it is not.
I downloaded the up-to-date full-version, but it is the same with it. No support for CDR-files. (This version supports 211 formats for reading. The online-list says more than 500.) Could I have done something wrong?

• Yes, you didn't use the Search here prior !
- For *.CDR, only the embedded thumb nail can be displayed.

actually I did search, but could not get the right answeres. What really confuses me is that the list "supported formats" is so different from the on online.
