Pictures larger than 31999 pixels per line

Pictures larger than 31999 pixels per line

Is it very big problem to make possible to view picture which size is greater than 31999 pixels (checked working)? I have TIFF picture 46988x29368x1bpp and xnview writes message 'Unknown format!' when I try to see it.
