Complete Backup from Xnview settings, buttons?

Post by vitos77 »

Hello,

at first please excuse me because my english is very bad - i hope you understand what i mean. I am searching for a way to backup all my settings in xnview. For example: I have a new buttonbar with some icons.

When I backup the xnview.ini this is not the solution to backup all my settings. When I make a new install from my operating system I also have to make all icons new.

Do you know any way to backup all settings from xnview?

Greetings

Vitos

... You're welcome,
But in case of a "new install from your operating system" (if it's an xnview upgrade) for me the best way is to download the new .zip file (XnView v1.97.2 Complete version for example, here: http://www.xnview.com/en/downloadwin32.html ), decompress it in the same place of the previous version (or better a copy in a folder: xnview-v1.97), then usually all of your setting are kept.
