Show Information display bug

I got a new monitor and changed some of my display settings, and now Show Information is displaying buggy (see screenshot http://imgur.com/J3B7u.png ). Here's my configuration:

xnview 1.96
XP SP3
windows XP DPI Setting: 120
primary monitor: 1280x1024
secondary monitor: 1650x1050

The weird thing is that Show Information displays fine when it's on my primary monitor, but it is buggy on my secondary monitor. It was working fine with dual display before I got my new monitor. The things that changed were:
1) monitor has higher resolution 1650x1050
2) I had to increase Windows XP DPI Setting from default 96 to 120.

Is anyone using Windows XP 120 DPI Setting that can test whether you have the same issue on your secondary monitor?

I switched back to Windows XP 96 DPI, and still saw the same issue. Then I fiddled around with the graphic card settings some more, and it worked fine. Then I switched to Windows XP 120 DPI, and it still worked fine. So I guess this isn't a bug! Maybe a buggy graphic card, I'm not even sure which setting fixed it, but it seems to work now.
