Tabs in Info pane

In 0.26, you only visible tab for data that exist. On a picture with no IPTC, you have no IPTC tab.
Is it a problem if all tabs are always visible, and greyed when data doesn't exist?
(You can always hide specific tab with context menu)

It is not a problem for me. Greyed it is ok.
