Setup: No creation of a startmenu entry

Hi,

I have manually moved the XnView folder in the startmenu into a subfolder. Now, when I install a new version, the setup asks me wether it should create an icon on the desktop, etc (which is very fine =), but always creates a new folder in the startmenu.

It would be nice, if creation of the startmenu entry was also optional.
