"Save to multipage" after transformation

Post by dma_k »

Sometimes I face the following task: I have several TIFF images, which I want to rotate, resize, etc and finally save as multi-paged TIFF or PNG. Now I have to make it in two steps: first use batch processing and then "Create -> Multipage file". It would be nice to have the corresponding transformation filter, which will merge all pages into one. Of course the only thing to check is the output format which should support multi-pages.

Well, not exactly. For "Batch processing" it is nice to have "create multipage file" transformation. For example, the scenario:
  • Select several TIFF files
  • Select "Batch Processing" (Ctrl-U)
  • Choose needed transformations (rotate, scale, etc)
  • Choose "create multipage file" (this can be an option next to file format) – this is missing.
