XnView Shell - multiple photos

Hi,
I've just started using XnView Shell extension, and I'm very happy with it. I pretty much avoided upgrading to Vista because it would break the PixVue extension I'd been using for tagging photos for so long, but finally had to move to Win 7, and am happy to have found this.

One thing that I'd really like to be able to do more easily is to add the same IPTC info to multiple files quickly. It is not uncommon that I'll have 20 or so pictures that all share the same keywords, location info, and even caption. Right now, to do this in XnView, I have to write the first file, save it as a template, move to the next one (answering Yes at the dialog), chose the template to load, answer the dialog and move on to the next. That requires a lot of clicks for each photo.

Is there a faster way to add the same IPTC info to many photographs? I would very much appreciate it.
